Who controls redistricting after the 2020 election?

In Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Missouri, the state legislature draws the US congressional districts but a commission draws the state legislative districts. In Maine and Connecticut, Democrats control the legislature but a two-thirds majority is required to pass a new map.
