Learn about continence – lots of websites offer great information and you can try apps like Squeezy or MyPFF app.

Find people to talk to if you are feeling worried or lonely. Some incontinence websites and charities have forums or phone lines where you can speak to experts or people with similar issues.

Use liners, pads or pants underwear if it makes things easier and gives you confidence to carry on while you find help.

Take care of your mental health.

Be mindful of what you are eating and drinking – especially caffeine and alcohol.
