'We must be careful of speculation'

“As we think about coming out of lockdown, the worry is that new types of fraud and disinformation will emerge. People need to know how to access the right information, as businesses may be targeted by ne’er-do-wells saying, ‘You have a loan, now send us your details.’

“We must also be careful of speculation as things go back to normal. While it might not be malicious activity, a lot of misinformation is spread this way.”
