Protected ski packages

Get your flights, transfers and accommodation in one easy package. Plus, add lift passes, equipment hire and ski school so everything is ready when you arrive. And of course, you can book with confidence knowing your trip with Crystal is covered by ABTA and ATOL protection.

You’ll always get expert service with Crystal – and its friendly team are available 24/7 to answer your questions while you’re on holiday.
Covid-19 flexibility
Your holiday won’t go ahead and you’ll be able to change your booking to another date fee-free or receive a full refund:
• If the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises against non-essential travel abroad.
• If the government for the destination you’re travelling to decides to enforce quarantine on arrival, even if you’ve tested negative for Covid-19 or you’ve been fully vaccinated.
• If the borders for the country you’re travelling to are closed to UK arrivals.
• If you have a booking to any destination on the red list, which requires you to quarantine in a hotel on your return.
You’ll be able to change your booking to another date fee-free:
• If your green list destination is moved to the green-watch or amber list in the 28 days before you're due to go on holiday. Just so you know, you'll need to change your booking within 48 hours of the government's travel update.
• If you're due to go on holiday but someone in your party is diagnosed with Covid-19 or if someone in your party has been officially required to self-isolate at the time of your trip. Just so you know, Crystal will ask for supporting evidence.
Fee-free changes
If you've booked a ski trip for between December 2021 and April 2022, you can change your holiday dates or accommodation for free up to 28 days before your departure date, whatever the reason. Just give Crystal’s team a call and they’ll help you out.
Package holiday refund guarantee
If you book a package holiday, you're protected under the package holiday refund guarantee. This means that if Crystal needs to cancel your holiday, you’ll be able to change your booking to another Crystal holiday fee-free, or it will give you a full refund within 14 days.
