Sit with your eyes closed and breathe in slowly. Imagine any negative feelings bubbling up from deep within you and building to your centre. Lift your arms up to your heart as you do this and hold your breath. Now explode your out-breath with an open mouthed “Ha!”, throw your arms up high and imagine the negative feelings going with it like a grey smog. Bring your arms down on to your thighs. Repeat this exercise until you feel clearer and calmer.
