What next?

Burkino Faso holds a referendum on a new constitution on March 24. In April, Belize holds a vote on a territorial dispute with Guatemala. The Swiss vote later this year on tax reform, and the Irish have two votes scheduled, one on divorce law, the other on whether emigres can vote in elections.

The island of Bougainville is tentatively set to vote on independence from Papua New Guinea.

And, well, you still can’t rule out a second referendum in the UK.
