Drivers of the gender pay gap
Note: results may add to more than 100 percent or the total due to rounding. The total gender pay gap has been derived from the difference between the average hourly wage for male and female wage earnings. A decrease in the contribution of a factor to the gender pay gap does not necessarily indicate that the value or nature of the underlying factor has changed, rather, that its significance in driving differences in pay has diminished.
