2 Lone wolf

The new act changes the definition of 'agent of a foreign power' to include people who might be planning to engage in 'international terrorism'

3 Business records

Includes credit card statements, medical records, and even email metadata

Barack Obama signed this into law after it passed the Senate on Tuesday. It restores the FBI's expired powers, notably the 'business records, lone wolf and roving wiretap' provisions. It puts an end to the NSA's indiscriminate collection of American citizens’ phone records
