Let’s have a look at the suspects:

Ronnie Morgan – is it just a straight case of a man, needing money from the mammoth sale, going postal when Stoddart refuses to pay him for it? Too easy.

Frank Sutter – I can’t think of a single reason why he would kill Charlie so there is clearly more to find out here.

Hildur Odegard – She’s an obvious suspect because of her heavy investment in the jeopardised hotel project. Plans are now, apparently, going through. Hmm.

A polar bear – well unless a polar bear knows how to use a potato peeler, it can’t be this one. The post mortem identified definite vegetable peeler-inflicted wounds.
